These terms cover the use of this website. They do not govern the supply of staff or services — that is covered by the signed service agreement between Gorkha Hospitality Services and the client, which takes precedence over anything published here.

Quotes and pricing

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Rates, availability and scope are confirmed in a written quotation, which states its own validity period. Where a page shows an indicative price, it is indicative.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but service descriptions are summaries rather than specifications. Where a description and a signed quotation differ, the quotation governs.

Your content

When you attach a file to an enquiry you confirm you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential third-party material, and do not send anything you would not want stored in our customer records.

Intellectual property

The text, imagery and design of this site belong to Gorkha Hospitality Services. Client marks shown on this site remain the property of their owners and are displayed with permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
