How we work
We start with a walk of the operation to see the shift pattern the venue actually needs rather than the one on paper. That produces a headcount and a rate. From there staff are placed, uniformed and briefed, with a named supervisor as your point of contact rather than a call centre.

How quickly can you place staff?
For standard cover, within 48 to 72 hours. Same-day placement is often possible for a single person through the 24/7 line, though it depends on the shift pattern you need.
Do your staff have their own visas?
Yes. Staff placed on an outsourced basis are employed and sponsored by us, so you take no visa, gratuity or payroll liability. That is the point of outsourcing rather than hiring.
Can we trial a team before committing?
Yes. Most clients start with a short trial period on a small team, then scale once the shift pattern is settled.
