Who we are

The data controller named here is the operating company, not the group. A privacy notice has to name a legal person that a regulator or a data subject can actually write to, and “Gorkha Group” is the trading identity that several companies share rather than an entity in its own right. If the group is separately registered, this line should be changed to name it — that is a question for the client’s own counsel, not a decision to take from a brand page.

What we collect, and why

If you submit the quote form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the service you are asking about, and anything you write or attach. We use them for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry and, if it progresses, to quote for and deliver the work.

We also record the time you gave consent, a one-way hashed form of your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. The hashed IP exists to detect automated abuse of the form; we do not store the address itself and cannot recover it.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-preserving analytics that set no cookies and create no cross-site identifier. We see aggregate page views and which pages lead to enquiries. We do not see who you are, and there is nothing to opt out of because nothing follows you off this site.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in our internal customer system, which is hosted on infrastructure we control, and are visible only to our own staff. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the records are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Write to info@gorkha-services.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
